Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free standard shipping on orders over £39.90 within the UK. Below that, a small flat fee applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to see order status.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes — unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Can I return food or treats?

For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, and grooming consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.

Every product we stock is carefully selected and quality-checked. We source from trusted brands and prioritise pet safety above all.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size guide. If you're unsure, message us — we're happy to help.

My pet has allergies / sensitivities. Can you recommend something?

Yes — drop us an email at support@momopets.co.uk with your pet's details and we'll personally recommend products that suit.

Account & Payment

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and unlock subscriber perks.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and UnionPay (银联).
